Because bedding is a personal product and for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on duvets, comforters, or pillows.
All sales are considered final after 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Should you need to make a change to your order within this 24-hour window, a $25 change fee will apply. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before ordering. Our team is always happy to answer questions to help you select the best option for your home.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because each piece is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins and orders cannot be canceled or refunded. DownHaus also reserves the right to cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase, for any reason, at our discretion.
Warranty
All DownHaus down bedding products are proudly crafted by St Genève, a company renowned for its exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Your purchase is covered by St Genève’s warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal use:
5 years for pillows
20 years for duvets
5 years for toppers
2 years for cushions
Warranty coverage requires that sewn-in product labels remain attached.
For warranty claims or inquiries, customers will be assisted through DownHaus, with all coverage and service provided by St Genève.
