At DownHaus, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Because our products are made to order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for production prior to shipping (*Quick Ship exceptions)
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada for orders over $300 CAD. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
As a result of the significant impact of recent U.S. tariffs on our American customers, we have temporarily paused shipments to the United States. We are hopeful these policies will be amended or reversed soon and look forward to resuming service at that time.
