At DownHaus, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Because our products are made to order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for production prior to shipping (*Quick Ship exceptions)
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada and the US for orders over $300. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
For delivery to remote areas within Canada, or places around the globe please contact us by email (info@thedownhaus.com) for a shipping quote.
Flat shipping rates on orders under $300 within Canada and USA

- USA $35 CAD
International Shipping: A flat fee of $150 applies to all international orders, regardless of order size. Please contact us to find out more about shipping internationally.

While rare, supply chain delays can occur as we source our materials primarily from Europe to ensure the highest quality and sustainability. If a delay arises, we will notify you promptly.
