Our Eiderdown Duvet is filled with genuine Canadian Eiderdown — the rarest down on earth, hand-collected from wild nests on.a protected sanctuary along the St Lawrence river in Quebec.
Unlike any other fill, Eiderdown's microscopic hooks cause clusters to interlock and self-regulate, moulding to your body for extraordinary warmth and breathability no synthetic can replicate. Eiderdown is the lightest, warmest, and most durable down available — its 700+ loft rating belies a density and cling that performs like 1000 loft down. With proper care, it will last a lifetime.

- Daily Renewal - Gently fluff to maintain fullness and natural loft.
- Protect - Always dress your duvet in a cover, laundering it once or twice monthly for a consistently fresh, refined sleep experience.
- Simplify - Avoid layering with extra blankets or bedspreads, which diminish the duvet’s warmth efficiency.
- Preserve with Care - Never vacuum your duvet. Rotate regularly for even wear and lasting luxury.
- Thoughtful Storage - When not in use, store loosely in a breathable fabric bag to protect while allowing air circulation.
- Graceful Spot Care - For minor marks, gently spot clean with pure soap, rinse thoroughly, and hang to dry in fresh air.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Specialist Care Only - We strongly recommend professional wet washing by an establishment experienced in caring for down duvets.
- Only When Needed - Clean sparingly, only when your duvet has become soiled.
- Air to Perfection - After any cleaning, ensure the duvet is aired fully for complete freshness.
- Material-Specific Care - Duvets with TENCEL™ ticking must be wet washed exclusively.
- Eiderdown Refinement - Eiderdown duvets, being exceptionally rare and delicate, should be cleaned as infrequently as possible.

DUVET GUARANTEE
Every duvet is backed by a 20-year guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship, provided it is properly cared for, kept clean, and always used with a freshly laundered duvet cover. Please note - Soiled duvets are not covered under guarantee.
NO DRIFT PROMISE
Every St Genève duvet is meticulously hand-sewn with our exclusive Valved Baffle Box System, engineered to prevent shifting of the down. Should noticeable drift occur, we will adjust it under warranty- for the entire life of the duvet.
WARMTH ASSURANCE
Our winter-weight duvets are guaranteed to deliver warmth for 10 years. If you find yours insufficiently warm, additional down will be added at no charge. Please note - Down cannot be removed.
HYPOALLERGENIC GUARANTEE
All of our down is certified hypoallergenic. In the rare event you experience a reaction, you may return your product within 5 years for a full refund.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Guarantees require proof of purchase and intact product labels. Please note that removing labels voids all warranties.
